Brian Donohoe, CRL, founded Cardinal Locksmith Co. LLC in 2017. With more than 30 years of experience as a locksmith, Brian takes pride in bringing his customers personalized security solutions.
Brian, a Georgia native, spent several years on the road as a rock drummer, appearing in small venues from Chicago to Germany. Having played gigs in cities throughout the US, in 1998 he chose to make his home in Raleigh because he appreciates the area's big city diversity & college town charm. Traveling is still a favorite pastime, though; he enjoys taking hiking trips and exploring new cities with his family. If you have keypad locks, change the passcodes periodically to guard against information leakage to non-residents.
At home, don't install doorknobs that lock; this ensures you will never lock yourself out. Instead, rely on locking deadbolts.
